Fort St John Real Estate Market Update for July 2018:
1. The median closed Sales Price as of June 2018 was $363,000 which is up 1.97% over June 2017 at $356,000
2. The month's supply of inventory as of June 2018 was 15.2 months which is down compared to June 2017 at 18.3 months
3. The median sale price for sales closed in June 2018 was 94.5% of the original sale price
4. The average days on market as of June 2018 was 92 days which is up compared to June 2017 at 74 days
