Narrow down your search by what type of work needs to get done

When narrowing down your search for a contractor, it is important to first figure out what type of work needs to be done.

This can be anything from home renovations to building a new deck.

Once you have a good idea of the scope of the project that will yield you the highest return, you can start looking for contractors who have experience in that area.

You can also ask your friends, family, neighbours & Realtor for referrals.
