⬆️ 2.4% ave sale price $279,000


Homes with an acreage

⬆️ 13.3% ave sale price $604,000



Now, these are the early stages of 2022 and it's a great time to list because inventory is currently low, and many pre-approved buyers are ready before the interest rates rise again.
